Not me sillies, the Frill Bikini from GField at this month's Fameshed. I'm wearing it in "Lagoon," although all the colors are wonderful. It's an example of a GOOD use of mesh imho.

Mesh Musings

Mesh has come and stormed the SL fashion industry. After a reluctance to even try it I agree that for certain designs it is an improvement. And standard sizing, while not perfect, was a good step forward. However I think mesh has some of the same issues as non-mesh. You may not poke through, but the shape isn't necessarily any more "natural."

Having said that, here, without further ado are three mesh and one system/flexi outfit.

Falling into Fall

Two mix and matches for Fall.



GField has released two wonderful short boots for fall, one with a strap and metal closure, called Emma and the other with a ribbon bow with a second interior color, called Anna. The latter were the inspiration for this outfit, the *GF* Short Ribbon Boots "Anna" in Brown. I tried to pick up the pink elsewhere in the outfit, but it overwhelmed, so please count the skin peeking through the Mimikri Ajour tights :) I've blogged everything else here except the top, Lady of the Pins from Ki2, and the jewelry, Caroline Apollo's turtles that I got at the jewelry fair.



The star of the second outfit is the *Fishy Strawberry* Cuddle Maxipull in Brick. I added the belt from Dark Mouse's discount shop [tp in the main store], leather Isabeau pants in brown from LF Fashion and J's short ankle boots in Sand finish off the outfit.

Skins in both images are Curio's Breeze 2 Mudslide 1 & 2 in Petal. Hair is from Truth and Kyoko's Hair Shop *White Well*.
