Scarf it up!
LeeZu's new mesh Scarf Poncho comes in a pack with three designs, 2 opaque and one lacey see-thru-ish . I'm not sure I've described this correctly. Perhaps it's just best to say that you get a lot for your lindens here. I was fortunate enough to have the fatpack dropped on me so that may explain my confusion:) First the ponchos are gorgeous. The ponchos are in standard sizes, but very wearable over other mesh, unless you choose, as I have to, wear the lacey one by itself. In which case it's very wearable over nothing;)
Otherwise I'm wearing Adam n Eve skin, Exile hair [Kelee, my new go-to style], Maitreya Gold Esprit shoes in Cherry and Maitreya leather leggings in coal. Poses are by [LAP].

Seeking Summer
The weather in the Chicago area is doing its usual flirtation with spring. Now you see it, now you don't. So Culture Shock provided me with a much-desired sneak peek into summer with these goodies from GField and GOS.
I thought GOS' approach to a charity event, in this case for Doctors without Borders, was brilliant. The base Gator Sport Shoes are the charity item and the color add-ons are not. Once you have the shoes you want the colors. Very generous AND very smart.
My outfit is a lesson in matching mesh and system. The frill shorts are mesh and totally winning. The top is system. The sleeves are fine, but the sculpty part on the bottom just didn't look right. Fortunately the system trim is a gorgeous lace that stands on its own.
Otherwise I'm wearing sachi's Samara skin and my hard-to-remove first mesh hair from Clawtooth, available at collabo88.
Poses are from [LAP], alas her last :(

Winter is icumin in
With apologies to Ezra Pound and thanks to Puma Jie for her Blogger's Challenge. Three fall looks. I do love Autumn, but unfortunately winter follows... Until then I will enjoy the crisp days.

First up is the Diana skirt in brown from Kunglers, which I have paired with Muism's Superfine Polo neck in chocolate and Lyra Muse's Liah Boots in Gunmetal [no longer available alas:(] Skin is Curio's Breeze 2/Mudslide in Petal. Hair is City Life in Chestnut from FuseMelon & earrings are Divine Deco in Gold from Dark Mouse. I love the skirt as it comes in 3 sections--helpful for adjusting to your shape.

Next is the Ibizarre Highwaist Tweed Set, which comes with a useful black turtleneck. I love the tiered sculpty skirt and the buttoned high waist. My skin is PXL Creations Kim Spring Rose in Natural. The hair is Olivia in Henna from Amacci. Stocking are Dots from *Sheer*. Shiny Things/ Hyasynths in black adorn my feet. Last the jewelry set is from [chuculet], their sofia in gold/crocodile.

Last, but far from least I am wearing the BettiePage Voyager old fashioned CHIDORI skirt in brown houndstooth. It has a convenient resizer, but I guess my hips are wrong for it as I had trouble getting it to look perfect. But it's so charnming that a little less is okay :) Everything else I am wearing is the same as the first outfit, except my hair is Wren by Philotic Energy, still available in a small store across from Aems' new store, FuseMelon.
All poses from the [LAO] Female Bloggers set.
Happy Autumn All!

More Relay for Life Generosity:)
As you will learn, if you don't know already, my relay team is The Passionate Redheads. We won Team Hero Award last year, but more importantly raised over $10,000 USD to help fund a cure for cancer. And THIS year we are back, with many new members, all of them enthusiastic and generous. I'll be blogging the fashion contributions they have made to support our team's fund raising efforts. If you can't wait to see them here you can always check our Relay Blog!
First up are two wonderful jewelry sets. The first is Hibiscus Flossberg's RFL Complete Passionate Pink Gypsy Set. Whew, that's a mouthful ;) It is available at her store Purangi Designs.

This set isn't new, but what IS new is that she has packed absolutely EVERYTHING in one nicely priced box. Not only do you get the necklace, earrings and bracelet I am wearing. You also get another bracelet, belts, anklets and belly rings, several with two attachment points. I have had the Gypsy set in green for a while, but couldn't resist the packed box of pink goodness, all for Relay for Life.

Next is Mouse Mimistrobell's Pink Tourmaline Spheres in Silver, a RFL for life exclusive in her Spheres series. I got the Peridot/Copper set when it first came out and when I suggested PINK for the RFL version, Mousie said sure :) I've blogged this set before, but it still bears repeating that the square earrings and clasp make the set just that much more fashionable and smart. And in Pink Tourmaline, it rocks! This relay exclusive is available from her RFL Kiosk at her Dark Mouse store.
For both jewelry sets I am wearing Michami's Glitter tube and leggings in Purple and Black, Zhao's Precious color-change shoes, my custom Soda skin in sand and ETD's Tyra hairstyle in Auburn Burnt.
Thanks so much to Hibi and Mouse for such beautiful donations to the RFL cause. [And YES I bought mine too!]
