Is how ges·tic·u·late (j-stky-lt) is defined, a fitting name for Elusyve Jewell and Gidge Uriza's newish pose shop. Now that they have taken a store at Copley Square, I hied myself across the sim and ended up buying the !GE! Mif 1-5 pose pack, of which 4 are pictured:) I love the happy quirkiness and the fact that they work well from several angles.

When Jori dropped her Kalnera set made especially for the ongoing Mental Health Awareness Fair I was already wearing 5th & Oxford's Seaside Sweetie shorts and halter. When I saw the beautiful blues in Kalnera I changed into the striped halter in pink and the shorts in turquoise. Tiny Bird's Postcards from Italy showed off the earrings nicely and the Boardwalkers from Sand Shack in Pelican Blue finished the look.

I'm a "Seaside Sweetie"

Roslin Petion's "Seaside Sweetie" collection for 5th & Oxford comes in shorts and a lovely system skirt as well as two styles of halters. I've chosen to wear the Shorts in Black and the Halter in Red & White Stripes. I might have chosen the dark blue shorts, but I wanted to show off my new (no) Mercy heels from Orange Creations in Red. (They all have black woven straps).

The textures on the Seaside items are nicely detailed. I particularly like the white trim on the V-neck front for the halter and the worn look for the shorts. I'm not sure have the shoes matched right yet to my Claire skin from La Sylphide, but it shouldn't be hard to refine it for my usual PXL Creations skins. It took me a while to buy the shoes as I just think Maitreya has it right, but with their lower prices Orange Creation has shown (some) Mercy:)

They are RED!

I am visiting friends in Macedonia. They are at work and SL is down, so *finally* I blog!

I bought the Red Python shoes at the last Moody sale after craving them for ever so long. OK they are not the best shoes on the grid, so I'm a shoe slut. Cope!




I discovered [and fell in love with] Tomoto at the RFL Clothing Fair and bought this new dress called "summer" I think at the Fantasy Faire. It comes with two skirts, but I like the one with the yellow underskirt showing. Hair is Amrita. I couldn't find them recently so I guess they've poofed :( Earrings are the Suri from GANKED. Skin is an unreleased one from PXL Creations.



This is a mash-up with my new favorite trousers from Narwhal. The primmy bits are superb. I wish they made these in other colors. Top is an old one from First Impressions. The hair is Nantes from Tiny Bird, which I adore. Skin is Curio Breeze Mudslide 2 in Petal. Jools are from the talented hands of Jori Watler of alaMood.

Bella Stella!

This outfit started with alaMood's RFL limited edition of Nightlife in Amethyst, which I had worn to Jori and Trouble's "non-wedding" celebration. I needed to change out of the floof I was wearing so headed for the staple suit in my wardrobe, the Stella from MichaMi in Beige. It has some of the best primmy bits I've seen and it's currently on sale at 50% off at the MichaMi Mainstore. So what are you waiting for?

Then the question was how to tie the beautiful jewels with the neutral Stella. After some rummaging the Maisie top in Fuschia on the shirt layer filled the bill nicely. Then what shoes? Why not Stella from DeLa? But what color? I tried the ecru--they were too yellow. Then BINGO--the blackberry were perfect! Hence Stella x 2.

Hair is Tiny Bird's Love Love Love in Caramel. Skin is an unreleased one, which I am not allowed to identify. But she's gorgeous :)

Celestial!

The "celestial" in the blog title refers to Jori Watler's beautiful jewelry set for her alaMood brand, of the same name made for the Rezzable cyber couture fashion showcase called “2010 – The Future is Now”. The textures are superb, the script for fitting very helpful, the prims beautifully shaped to give the pieces the weight they need--all in all "celestial!"

I'm wearing one of fashion photographer, Zoe Demar's first dress creations for Niavi at the Alite Mall. Very simple, but the line and textures are classic and the skirt moves beautifully. It's called AYO Black Solid Cocktail Dress.

My hair is Tiny Bird's The Knife in Buttermilk. July SpringPassion in Natural from PXL Creations is my skin.
